Where do you ship?
We ship anywhere in the world.
When will my order be shipped?
To minimize the impact on the environment, shipments will be bundled weekly on Monday. If Monday is a public holiday, shipments will be made on the next working day.
Orders placed no later than Sunday afternoon and if in stock will be shipped Monday. If not in stock, the shipment will be done as soon as possible. (We will inform you about this immediately by email)

How much does the shiping cost?
We ship to most countries in the world with bpost.be for the shipments they use their worldwide network to bring your package to you. They also offer a tracking service that allows you to track your parcel on the way to your delivery location.
We ask a small contribution for shipments. This varies depending on the place of delivery. We prefer to deliver at collection points from our shipping partner, so that movements can be kept to a minimum and you can pick up your package when you wish. Shipments to collection points will therefore always be cheaper.
Der Lokomotiv offers free shipping on any order over € 150 to the EU and UK.
You can also pick up your order for free at one of our events or at SWS Wheels (Aalst) and Pedaleur de Flandres (Gent).
During checkout you can choose your place of delivery.

During the ordering process, the shipping costs will be calculated based on the address you provided.
Do I have to pay costoms fees or taxes on an international order?
Yes, if you are shopping from outside the EU you may have to. Customs fees and duties are not included in the prices of our products or the shipping fees. Customs may be assessed when you receive your package, and you are responsible for paying them. Unfortunately we can’t give you an estimate as the fees vary for every country and order.
Please note that the customs fees and duties aren’t refundable.
Can I cancel an order?
Cancellation of an order is possible up to 3 days after the date of placing the order and before the order has been shipped.
Cooling down period
The product can only be returned unused and in the original packaging and after communication by email with email@example.com. The package must reach us in good condition. The cost of the return is at the expense of the customer. If you want an exchange, we will send the new product free of charge.
If you wish, Der Lokomotiv will refund the entire purchase price, if already paid, excluding the shipping costs.
All cancellations and exchanges must be notified to us by email (firstname.lastname@example.org). You must state your full name and order or invoice number.
Refunds will be made through the mollie.com payment platform to the account you used to pay.
We are not responsible for lost returns. The customer is responsible for the orderly packaging and sending of a return shipment!
The address for your returns will be confirmed by email after your request.
